1. Introduction
Welcome to Airport Ops (the “Game”), developed and provided by bHonzolabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game on your mobile device, you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Game User Agreement (“Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 6. Virtual Items
The Game may include virtual items such as currency, points, or other digital assets (“Virtual Items”) that can be purchased or earned. You do not own Virtual Items; you have a limited license to use them in the Game. Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for real money or other items of monetary value from outside the Game.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or terminate the Game or this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes to the Agreement by posting the revised Agreement within the Game or through other communications. Your continued use of the Game after the changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it or the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
